Conquest
Cerulean blue
Descends to teal
And lay low upon
Landscape layers
Where
Ultramarine hue
Clothe hazy hills.
Pink and lavender,
Untouchable
Water mist,
Drift slowly across
A scenery
Of county lines,
Highway,
And power grids.
Dauntless,
Oblivious
Of man's artificial
Boundaries;
Clouds are merely
Drifting translucence,
A Slow passing vapor,
Yet they conquer
The landscape
Of man's making.
A little commentary: The mightiest things we do cannot resist the simplest things God does.
Thank you for visiting my blog and reading my prayer-poem. Cerulean blue
