Be Encouraged.
A Poem

This is a short poem of faith and encouragement.  I hope it is a blessing to you.

BE ENCOURAGED THROUGH YOUR GLOOM


These days life seems to be getting a lot harder;
When problems keep rising up and nothing goes right,
We are sad, mourn, and feel like a martyr.
We groan and call for God but He's nowhere in sight.

Instead of trying to see God through gloomy skies,
Turn away the thought that hope cannot be found.
See your situations through God's all searching eyes.
To God the word, "defeat" is a meaningless sound.

Troubles? God is not intimidated by them.
Don’t you entertain fears about what He can't do.
Since these situations are not problems for Him,
Refuse from now on to let worry come to you.

So when you find yourself looking down in despair,
Focus on our great God who rules in victory.
Let go your safety lines and rest safe in His care
You will have peace on earth and share His glory.
