PRAYER OF PREPARATION FOR THE DAY
Prayer for June 10th

My Heavenly Father, I thank You
For life and its many blessings.
Give me a mind to know Your will,
Go with me through today's journey,
And be my strength when I am weak.
Help me to love those You bring me,
And to be a blessing to all men.
Give me the gentle heart of Christ.
Make my hand eager to give help,
And to lift the burdens of others.
Guard me against the allure of sin.
Turn my path away from evil.
Let my every word be for You,
And may You fill my every thought.
May my life be a living statement-
"Thy kingdom come thy will be done
On earth, as it is in heaven."*
